OROLOGIUM RETURNS POLICY
At the point of delivery and confirmed acceptance of our watches our Returns guidelines will apply as follows…
Due to the vintage / second hand nature and high value of our watches we do not offer a Refund for watches purchased on this website unless found to be grossly mis-described or faulty beyond repair.
Full photography and descriptions including condition are provided of each watch so the buyer is able to determine exactly what they are purchasing and if unsure we offer the facility to view the watch via appointment if requested.
In the unlikely event that a watch arrives damaged or working incorrectly then the buyer must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We do not operate a ‘Change of Mind’ policy. Unlike a new product we cannot simply offer a trial period for a customer to see if they like something or not, as this leaves our company open to mis-use of such a policy and also the potential for watches to be worn and then returned not in the condition they were sent.
In certain circumstances and usually by prior arrangement we may offer an Exchange or Credit Note to the value of the watch purchased. If a watch has been worn we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of up to 25% to allow for costs in preparing that watch for re-sale.
