MOONWATCH
’CB Case’
A beautiful example of an early professional case Speedmaster the 105.012 model is the first in the line of Speedmaster Professional watches still in production to this date.
The 105.012 was chosen by NASA for the Apollo moon landing missions after the 105.003 had already past resistance tests to select a chronograph for space missions with the Gemini program.
This particular piece is an uncommon reference 105.012-66 with CB case made by La Centrale Boites with flat top faceted lugs still intact, a unique aesthetic not seen on any of the other Moonwatch case manufacturers, also having the sought after original Dot Over Ninety DON bezel makes for a very collectable piece.
